Yelany and Maurice Bellonte
Andy Yelany (left) with Maurice Bellonte and the
Breguet airplane "Question Mark" which
was the first airplane to fly from Paris to New
York. Bellonte was the navigator and copilot.
Maurice Bellonte passed away 17 January 1984 at
age 87. The historic flight was made from Le
Bourget Field, Paris to Curtiss Field in Valley
Stream, Long Island.
